I’m on holiday and how do I decide to spend the time? Well, I go back to my hometown, where I was born and where I lived for 14 years, before moving to where I am now.

Whenever I get back here, the feeling is always the same: I begin remembering what it was like to live here, I meet with my old friends and I always end up having a good time with people I’ve always cared about and that I still love.

Things are a little bit different than what I remember, that’s true, but regardless I see not so many changes; I walk close to a shop and I think that I remember it when I was a child, or I see faces that I think I know, and places that make me think about what I used to do as a kid. That’s true, something is changed, but the core of these places has not, after all this is where I lived for so many years.

I will always treasure these memories for the rest of my life; after all, these are the places where I grew up, where my oldest friends still live and that will always have a special place with me, for the rest of my life.
